Staffing
In continuation to our training services, we help provide customers with the suitable candidates for their business needs. This service ensures that customers are presented with the most suitable candidates.
- Client consultation: Discuss and understand hiring needs, including the job description, required skills and qualifications, and any other relevant details.
- Candidate sourcing: Source potential candidates through our training pool and database of resources
- Candidate screening: We evaluate the resumes and applications of potential candidates to determine if they meet the job requirements and are a good fit for the organization.
- Interviewing: We conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Candidate presentation: Presents the most suitable candidates to the customer for further evaluation and selection.
- Job offer negotiation: Assist in negotiating the job offer between the customer and the selected candidate.
